the video is not cool because then if they want a baby that they just want it to look like someone else it will not look good. it will not have your look and your partner look

DeleteBeing able to create "designer babies" could potentially cause more bullying in schools. The "why don't you look like this" type of bullying. Everyone is going to start judging using the stereotypes, and the option of being able to design your child will be the excuse all of the bullies would use.

DeleteNO..... because if a person has no money than they can not have a designer baby because of the money it will cost and all of the rich people who have money will have smart good looking kids witch will just make it so the less fortunate will all have normal kids and the rich people will have the good kids who get the good jobs. And this will make people look down on poor people.

I don't think there should be designer babies because for example if you spend all that money for designing your baby and later on in life the child grows up and doesn't have the ability to do what they were designed for and the parents get mad at the children for it.

DeleteThe whole "Designer babies " idea is kinda cool N a way but then Its not because what if your baby comes out with something else or it can mess with the baby eye site later on in life but then i think its kinda cool that you can design your own baby eyes but I wouldnt do it just to on the safe side..

DeleteWatching the video about designer babies was quite interesting. I do disagree with the whole fact about the designer babies though. In my opinion it is wrong to have to fix your child to have certain looks or a certain gender or genetically at least. Why not have your child be born the way they are so they can grow up to love themselves as they are? That's just how I feel.
ReplyDeleteIt's a bad thing because what if the genetically modified babies grew up and enslaved the rest of us. Hasn't anyone seen Terminator?

ReplyDelete"Designer Babies" can be a good thing or a bad thing. A good reason is they can be a disease free.
ReplyDeleteBut a bad thing could be, what if they messed up and shortin the babies life.
